Training on Employee Engagement: Empowering Organizations for Success

In today’s fast-paced corporate world, employee engagement plays a crucial role in driving productivity, retention, and overall business success. To address this pressing need, a three-day training program on “How to Improve Employee Engagement in Your Organization” was conducted from March 4 to 6, 2022.

A Collaborative Effort for Professional Development

The event was jointly organized by the Nepal AOTS Alumni Society (Nepal AOTS), Development Bankers Association Nepal (DBAN), and Banking & Insurance Management (BIM), with support from AOTS Japan and JASTECA. It brought together HR professionals, executives, and managers looking to enhance their employee engagement strategies.

The program featured opening remarks by Mr. Pradyuman Pokharel (President, DBAN), a keynote address by Chief Guest Mr. Bam Bahadur Mishra (Deputy Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank), and closing remarks by Mr. Prashant Lal Shrestha (President, Nepal AOTS). The main resource person, Dr. Anuruddha Thiththagalla Gamage, a specialist in human resources and corporate sustainability, led insightful discussions on building motivated, high-performing teams.
